Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
  • AI knowledge a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and software (Excel, Power BI, AI tools etc.).
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics.
  • Certification in data analytics, digital marketing, AI certifications or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate Ad Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze advertising campaigns through Power BI, Amazon Analytics, and AI platforms to ensure they meet key performance indicators, maximize return on ad spend, and guarantee optimal profitability.
  • Conducting keyword research for new products to identify relevant terms and phrases for use in search engine marketing campaigns and product listings.
  • Update the content management system accordingly to push data in the appropriate areas according to the research.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns focused on promoting products.
  • Employ keyword research tools, competitor analysis, historical data, and product knowledge to create optimized advertisements that yield impactful results.
  • Campaign Optimization: Utilize various tools such as Xmars, Helium 10, Power BI, and Amazon to adjust targeting parameters, ad creative, bidding strategies, and budget allocations to maximize profitability.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies by providing data-driven insights into customer preferences and market demands.
  • Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Dive, Power BI, AI Tools) to gather and analyze data.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
