The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in driving brand growth through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Base Business Brand Manager, this role is responsible for monitoring consumption, shipments, and promotional performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The analyst translates complex data into actionable recommendations that shape base business strategies and fuel shopper marketing initiatives. In addition to driving insights, this role supports shopper marketing efforts, developing and executing in-store and national programs that strengthen brand presence and accelerate sales. Acting as a strategic partner to both brand and sales teams, the analyst ensures that shopper marketing plans are insight-led, results-oriented, and aligned with broader business objectives.
