About The Position

The Marketing Analyst, Channel Analytics will play a critical role in understanding and identifying growth opportunities for one of the nation's largest consumer health companies. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for performance reporting across the lead-to-sale marketing funnel, including ownership of daily, weekly and monthly reporting. In addition to ongoing reporting, you will conduct ad hoc analysis to deep dive into key business opportunities such as membership conversion, retention and new practice opening trajectory.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Two (2) years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence or related role in the consumer technology, healthcare, consulting or finance industries.
Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.).
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SQL.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize funnel performance KPIs across various media channels.
Monitor daily performance and deliver accurate and timely performance reports to stakeholders.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate changes in metrics and understand performance drivers.
Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to marketing channel teams.
Support UTM parameter hygiene and campaign tagging to ensure consistent tracking of marketing efforts.
