About The Position

Marketing Advisor is a phone-based position that leverages both service and sales disciplines to help small businesses utilize and optimize our expansive line of digital and direct mail marketing tools. Key performance indicators include phone-time, outbound dials, and sales results.

Requirements

Excellent sales and service skills, strong work ethic, a coach-able attitude, an outgoing and competitive personality, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment.
Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV only.
Ability to work a traditional 40-hour schedule from a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

Handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls from newly established and existing clients
Provide exceptional service to ensure an effective and efficient new client on-boarding experience and/or client satisfaction and retention.
Identify clients’ marketing business needs to sell additional services and generate referrals
