We’re looking for an experienced Marketing / Advertising Specialist for our growing medical practice, who thrives on strategy, creativity, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll work closely with physicians, leadership, and operations teams to shape how our medical and research services are presented, promoted, and experienced across multiple locations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare or regulated industries preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Analyze patient demographics, market trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Share insights, results, and recommendations with leadership
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital, print, email, PR, and community outreach
  • Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness and patient engagement
  • Ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals and patient needs
  • Create patient-focused engagement strategies that build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships
  • Support educational initiatives that clearly communicate medical services and care offerings
  • Oversee and optimize multiple websites to ensure content accuracy, usability, and SEO performance
  • Manage social media platforms to engage current and prospective patients and strengthen brand presence
  • Build relationships with local media outlets and community partners
  • Secure positive press coverage highlighting services, growth, and organizational milestones
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare marketing regulations
