Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ work related and/or related military experience
  • Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Ability to do local, same-day travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage co-op advertising processes with OEM vendors (pre-approvals, claims, tracking, and submissions)
  • Process and track advertising and promotional invoices, including vendor follow-up and payables
  • Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar of events
  • Update and manage recurring print and digital advertising campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives for store promotions and local activations
  • Coordinate annual customer calendar orders across the dealer network
  • Assist in producing the monthly internal marketing campaign communication
  • Support event logistics by tracking promotional items and inventory
  • Maintain and organize marketing files, systems, and documentation
  • Update internal platforms like SharePoint and project tools (Basecamp)
  • Assist with monthly promotional programs, including website updates and digital ads
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across marketing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
