Position Overview: This position provides consistent and valuable support to the marketing department management as well as department operations. Essential Job Functions: Process a variety of day to day functions including but not limited to appointments, terminations, acquisitions, etc. Primary phone coverage for Marketing and Technical Support queues providing assistance and support for agents, policy holders and external field representatives Ability to work in both a team environment and self guided Maintain regular and reliable attendance Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook Able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness
