About The Position

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will assist with leads, customer service, and other administrative tasks as assigned by their supervisor. The position will be primarily remote, with potential for occasional on-site visits in Morgantown, WV as-needed. Core work hours Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, time manage, self-motivate, and manage projects
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiry management for residential, online, and nursing campuses across several brands.
  • Run basic reports from CRM databases.
  • Maintain spreadsheets.
  • Edit and proofread created content, including website, radio ads, commercials, blogs, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met.
  • Assist in making edits/updating documents on websites.
  • Engage in creative problem solving, make suggestions, and provide guidance for changes or improvements to the process.
  • Keep apprised of and abide by all Federal and State regulations and accrediting criteria as pertains to the duties and responsibilities of this position.
