We’re seeking a persuasive, analytical, and highly organized Marketing Account Manager to lead partner relationships and drive revenue growth. This role drives campaigns from planning through results, owning communication, KPI analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned partners, maintaining consistent communication on campaign priorities, timelines, and results.
  • Develop and implement account-level strategies designed to deliver year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPI performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports, recap decks, and account updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across email, web, print, and social by working closely with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams.
  • Conduct product mix reviews to identify gaps, opportunities, and adjustments that maximize revenue.
  • Identify and test new marketing opportunities, ensuring innovation is tied to measurable results.
  • Serve as an escalation point for campaign-related issues, resolving them quickly with cross-functional partners.
  • Support Sales and leadership with Alumni initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Proven success managing partner relationships and growing accounts through marketing initiatives.
  • A KPI-driven individual with strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; comfortable with Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping revenue growth central.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive, partner-first approach.
