As an Account Manager in the Account Services Department at Pinckney Hugo Group, you will play a pivotal role in the marketing and advertising landscape. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional account service and possess a solid understanding of various advertising and marketing disciplines. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with and direct agency clients in defining their marketing plans, advertising objectives, campaigns, and budgets. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for your clients, collaborating closely with an Account Director and other team members to ensure that all projects are executed effectively and align with the clients' strategies and deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, scheduling, and expediting agency work in a timely manner. You will coordinate the planning and execution of advertising activities, ensuring that all stages of development are approved and that projects stay on schedule. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the development of brand strategies and creative concepts, as well as coordinating with media, creative, production, and account teams to recommend advertising campaigns. You will also be involved in preparing proposals and budgets, negotiating with clients, and maintaining confidentiality while managing all aspects of the campaign. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and expand your skill set.
