About The Position

The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day internal project management of marketing programs from conceptual development through program delivery. This role will be key in assuring that the QVC & HSN business units' expectations are met and will act as a close liaison with all other areas to ensure the marketing practices have all information they need to deliver the business. These areas could be eCommerce, Finance, Merchandising, Analytics, Integrated Marketing or Brand, Planning, etc. This position is hybrid and based out of West Chester, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing or digital commerce/interactive experience
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative, cross-functional team-oriented environment
  • Ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions based on findings
  • Recognizing digital Marketing industry trends and making recommendations to manager based on findings

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Marketing Channel Managers on a regular basis and eCommerce Managers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing calendar for business unit that can be shared which is managed in Airtable
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing plans and strategy documents
  • Develop and business priorities for marketing team
  • Responsible for the day-to-day internal project management of marketing programs from conceptual development through delivery
  • Supports Account Lead with business unit management
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Maintain expert level understanding of each marketing channel
