Under the direction of the Manager – Marketing, this individual will manage a portfolio of service lines, business departments and special projects in varied aspects of project management needs. This position provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of service line objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns, including project management and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish. The Account Coordinator will liase among the Marketing department, service line/department leadership and outsource vendors while assisting with logistical tasks and overseeing project timelines to ensure that deliverables are being met and within budgetary requirements. Duties include writing, updating and interviewing subject matter experts for internal and external communication needs; interacting with practice managers, leadership, physicians and colleagues to identify marketing needs and target audiences; and designing marketing plans for execution.
