Marketer - Skilled Nursing Home
About The Position
Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established and very stable Healthcare company that owns a very large Skilled Nursing Home in the metro NY area that is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketer to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 100+ beds) located in Queens, NY. HOWEVER, the successful candidate will develop strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc.,in the BROOKLYN (and Queens) area to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the company's brand. Requirements
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in Brooklyn and Queens areas.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
