About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Manager, Market Success to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Manager, Market Success, you will be responsible for increasing the Company's volume and market share in defined market(s) through individual contributions and leadership and management of the local sales team. This role is responsible for the ownership of and leadership responsibilities for, defined market revenue and volume growth objectives, in addition to growing and strengthening the Company's existing customer relationships and leadership of zone and nation-wide sales and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
One (1) year experience using Microsoft Excel workbooks & spreadsheets
Experience in healthcare marketing and sales
Experience leading and/or mentoring others
Travel is required; a reliable means of transportation is required.
Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's, or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related and applicable field
Five (5) years' experience in an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive role
Eight (8) years' marketing and sales experience preferably in diagnostic imaging field
Previous experience managing a team of direct reports
