Responsibilities: Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) for requirements to create organizational materials to facilitate the proposal development process Database coordination and maintenance related to RELI’s Customer Relationship Management System (TechnoMile) Compile and review collected business intelligence information for data entry into TechnoMile Support development of White Papers and other policy and marketing documentation Participate in team meetings and collaborate with proposal managers, management, and research staff in various stages of business and proposal development Other activities as requested in support of business development efforts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with interest in learning about business development
• Experience in data collection and compiling data efficiently
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written), as well as attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as with team members to collectively meet proposal deadlines
• Must reside in a HUBZone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand and follow written guidelines including departmental policies, procedures, and work orders
• Possesses superior written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
