About The Position

We're looking for a highly motivated, early-career Market Research Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decisions across product development, marketing, and sales. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with experience in quantitative and qualitative research who is excited to work across departments, present insights, and grow within a dynamic, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Sociology, or a related analytical/social sciences field.
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research design and execution (surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group moderation, or academic studies).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills-ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, a naturally curious mindset, and a passion for learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design and deploy surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups, ensuring research goals are met with meaningful results.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze primary and secondary data using tools such as Excel, Qualtrics, and statistical software.
  • Present insights through clear, engaging storytelling using PowerPoint-helping cross-functional teams make better decisions.
  • Collaborate regularly with product development, sales, marketing, operations, leadership, contractors, and end users.
  • Build and manage an internal research library and reporting cadence to keep teams informed of trends and key findings.
  • Coordinate with external research vendors and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Attend research industry trainings and conferences to stay up to date on best practices and methodologies.
