Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Market Representation Analyst for the Toyota San Francisco Region located in San Ramon, CA. This role involves implementing and overseeing initiatives that bolsters the Region's Market Representation department. The primary responsibility is to craft and present Market Representation packages for approval by Toyota Motor North America Retail Market Development. Direct areas of accountability include Market Representation, along with some engagement in Business Management and Facilities, all falling within the Market Representation department. Adherence to Toyota's policies and procedures regarding dealership management, ownership structure, capitalization, and facilities is crucial. This role plays a pivotal part in our pursuit of achieving top-tier representation across markets, focusing on securing premier dealerships, facilities, and locations within every market served. What are examples of challenges or complexities associated with this role? Analyze and understand complex dealer entity and corporate governance structures Analyze pro forma financial forecasts Perform holding company consolidated financial statement reviews. Review the impact of Owner/Officer Notes on the dealer’s capitalization. Create Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Competitive Dealership Matrix to document and evaluate new vehicle sales, sales efficiency, customer retention, profitability, and Net Working Capital. Prioritize dealership proposals based on many variables Securely handle and maintain confidential and Personally Identifiable Information Understand and apply state franchise laws as applicable Occasionally discuss dealer performance, capital, and profitability issues with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and their attorneys and accountants Career Possibilities: Toyota is a place for people who dream big and are determined to make those dreams a reality.
