You'll be a key player in our success, responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, driving innovative recruiting strategies, and managing a team of recruiters to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent. Your work will directly support our mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care and maintaining our 5-Star staffing rating. Position Highlights Lead and Innovate: You'll be the driving force behind our market-level recruiting initiatives. You'll lead strategy sessions, encourage critical thinking, and use data-driven insights to design creative recruitment solutions that meet our short- and long-term business goals. Recruit and Manage: You'll directly recruit for key managerial and professional roles, while also managing and mentoring other recruiters in your market. You'll oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Build Talent Pipelines: You'll use a variety of proactive strategies to find both active and passive candidates, including digital outreach, professional social networks, community partnerships, and job fairs. Champion a Positive Culture: You'll collaborate with center and market leaders to streamline the candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our patient-centered, service-oriented culture. Analyze and Optimize: You'll monitor key recruiting metrics, analyze compensation and benefits trends, and use your findings to continuously improve our recruiting performance and position Genesis as an ideal employer.
