About The Position

Market Procurement Manager - North America As a Sr. Market Procurement Manager, you will oversee a supplier portfolio with an annual turnover of at least $50M spend, supporting Philips' imaging and patient monitoring solutions across North America. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives as well as supplier performance management across multiple subcategories, including standalone medical devices & accessories (such as contrast injectors, uninterruptable power supplies, surgical lights, patient tables, chillers, etc.) service repair & installation, software (RIS, PACS, etc.), turnkey building works / hospital construction, and mobile/drivable imaging solutions. Your role: Strategic Category Leadership: Develop and implement advanced category strategies using data analytics and market intelligence to drivepetitive advantage and align with business objectives. End-to-End Procurement Execution: Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from RFPs and contract negotiations (both in-person and remote) to contracting and supplier performance reviews—ensuring cost-effective, high-quality oues, and cost savings. Market and Supplier Insights: Monitor industry trends to uncover sourcing opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to unlock value, and secure favorable contract terms that support long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • You have a minimum of +5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR +3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Category Management, Market Analysis, Supplier Negotiations, Contracting, and Portfolio Optimization, preferably within the Medical Technology / Healthcare Industry.
  • Your skills include understanding of category management, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without amodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or withinmuting distance to Nashville, TN
