Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior-level internal an external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated financial and sales acumen, relationship management skills, and ability to assess risk and understand complex financial documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of the sales function for the Madison market, including business banking, mortgage banking, cash management and private banking.
  • Lead and manage all sales and business development activities to achieve established financial goals, targets, and market growth objectives.
  • Monitor performance toward financial goals, evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities, and ensure adherence to a defined sales process.
  • Coach and manage direct reports to drive productivity, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency through leadership, accountability, and performance management.
  • Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the Bank’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Represent and promote a positive image of the Bank by supporting local organizations, community development efforts, and civic involvement.
