The Market Operations Manager is a pivotal Field Operations position responsible for overall market performance. Primary responsibilities include reviewing day-to-day operational efficiencies tied to the financial performance of the market. Budget variance, vendor management, quality control, timeline management, scheduling and overall profitability according to company-defined metrics. The Market Operations Manager will collaborate with Shared Service and centralized departments to ensure homes within their market meet or exceed financial performance and ownership objectives. All single-family rental homes are maintained to company standards with a continuous focus on asset preservation while remaining customer-centric for both internal and external experiences.
