Reporting to the Sales Channel Strategy Manager, the Market Manager is responsible for driving market penetration growth within a defined geographic footprint. This role is accountable for moving penetration from current levels (e.g., ~30%) to target levels (40%+) by orchestrating all sales and marketing activities at a local level. The Market Manager operates as the “general manager” of their territory, leveraging data, cross-functional teams, and local market intelligence to coordinate highly targeted campaigns that convert neighborhoods, not just individual homes. Success in this role requires a balance of data-driven decision making, field execution, and cross-functional leadership to create density, accelerate referrals, and establish telMAX as the default provider within each community.
