About The Position

The Market Manager, Retail Sales oversees the daily operations of assigned retail store(s), driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a strong customer-focused sales culture.

Requirements

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business management experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High ethical standards and professional demeanor
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations

Responsibilities

• Lead and support retail teams to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate partners, field leadership, marketing, and sales operations
• Execute sales processes, reporting, and communication of corporate initiatives
• Ensure retail locations are operationally ready each day
• Use performance metrics and reporting tools to monitor results and close performance gaps
