As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Market Lead to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to revenue generation. Role Overview As a Market Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team. This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and guiding independent agents in their local market, with an established presence and trusted relationships in the community.
