About The Position
At Connie Health, we’re revolutionizing the way older Americans navigate Medicare. As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Market Lead to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to revenue generation. Role Overview As a Market Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team. This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and guiding independent agents in their local market, with an established presence and trusted relationships in the community.
Requirements
- AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license.
- Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching.
- Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself.
- 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise.
- Eager to advance in sales leadership and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage local Medicare sales operations within your designated region.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach Independent Agents to maximize performance and productivity.
- Lead from the front by actively selling alongside your team, modeling best practices, and driving personal production.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed regional performance targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence aligned with Connie Health’s standards.
- Analyze local market trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen community-rooted market presence.
