About The Position

Responsible for driving growth, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success of PACU activities within a designated market or region. This role involves strategic planning, business development, team management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Eight years to 10 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • A college degree.
  • The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.
  • Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements; highly developed analytical and underwriting expertise; strong knowledge of credit quality. Able to adhere to timelines and schedules and show initiative in developing and completing projects.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
  • Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators.
  • Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
  • Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management.
  • Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and community leaders. Represents the Credit Union at various functions to develop business relationships.
  • Develop and implement market-specific strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market share. Analyze market trends, competition, and economic conditions to make informed decisions and identify opportunities. Collaborate with senior management to align market strategies with the bank's overall objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues to maintain client satisfaction. Discusses member needs, problems, or complaints, and arranges for meetings between members or prospective members and representatives of various credit union functional areas.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues to maintain client Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee daily operations within the market. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with market activities and operations.
