About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Manages and directs activities/responsibilities for STHS Registration Departments, and TX-OK Market Pre-Services and Insurance Verification Departments. Will lead and develop a high-performance team to meet productivity standards. Will foster a culture of accountability, emphasizing people and performance management, coaching and development, and employee engagement. Assess and improve performance of departmental KPI targets established by UHS Corporate Office while involving managers and staff. Will cultivate across the organization partnerships through clear communication and transparency. Serves as the primary liaison between each hospital and/or healthcare providers, develops and implements policies and procedures that guide or support services, and ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff.
