About The Position

We’re hiring a Market & Commercial Analyst who knows how to turn data into action. If you thrive on uncovering market trends, strengthening pipeline performance, and influencing business strategy—this is your seat at the table.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in market analysis, business analytics, or sales operations
  • Strong Excel skills + experience working with pipeline and revenue data
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, business-driven insights
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments preferred
  • Confident communicator who can influence cross-functional teams
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the Dayton/Kettering office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with market segmentation, ICP development, or go-to-market analysis.
  • Exposure to CRM systems from a commercial or sales operations perspective.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze markets, customers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Break down pipeline health, win rates, and revenue performance to drive better decisions
  • Track key KPIs (RFQs, conversion rates, quote turnaround, revenue mix)
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align strategy with performance
  • Build clear, actionable insights—not just reports
  • Improve CRM data quality to strengthen forecasting and accountability
  • Other duties as assigned.
