About The Position

Education bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. ● 2 -3years of previous experience as a team leader or in a supervisory level. ● Leading team with passion Experience & Functional Knowledge ● Proficient in Microsoft Office skills. ● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and to manage and motivate the café staff. ● Has a passion for Food & Beverage ● Enjoys being challenged ● Must have a positive attitude and display leadership skills and excellence in customer service ● Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays
