Market Access Intern
About The Position

The Market Access Analytics intern will report to the Associate Director, Market Access Strategy and support the development and implementation of analytics tools and dashboards to help optimize patient access to Vericel products. The intern will contribute to the design, development, testing and validation of Market Access data structures and reporting outputs in Vericel’s CRM platform.
Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., economics, business analytics, engineering, life sciences, or related discipline).
- Must reside within 20 miles of Burlington, MA.
- Experience with data analytics, Excel and basic data visualization or reporting.
- Interest in healthcare, biopharma, market access, or analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital‑savvy, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Permanent U.S. Work Authorization.
Responsibilities
- Support testing and validation of Market Access data and workflows in Vericel’s CRM platform.
- Assist with the transition of Market Access analytics and reporting from legacy tools to a new CRM environment by identifying gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Help develop and refine dashboards, reports, or summary views that enable clear tracking of Market Access activities and trends.
- Analyze Market Access data to identify patterns, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance patient access and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare insights and materials for internal updates and a final internship project presentation.
