Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances, understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service Operate point-of-sale equipment accurately and in a timely manner to leave a positive impression on the customer Operate cooking equipment and fryer and maintain cleanliness and care of all Monitor and update the pull/thaw system daily Understand and comply with time tags and food safety protocol Accept and stock inventory upon arrival Ensure shelves and coolers are amply stocked to provide optimal customer experience Meet established cleaning standards to provide a clean and comfortable facility to our customers Resolve customer complaints where applicable and escalate to appropriate level of management when needed Work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel Perform other related duties as may be assigned Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program. Regular attendance is required.
