About The Position

Anchors Up, Inc is a marine service company that supports recreational boat owners throughout Southern California; with service areas to include the marinas located in San Pedro, Long Beach, Newport Beach, Redondo Beach and Marina Del Rey and our facility that is located in Long Beach. We provide re\-power, restoration, service, repair, maintenance and upgrade services for boats of all sizes, makes and models. Anchors Up, Inc. is seeking to hire a qualified Marine Technician\- Level 3 that will be responsible for facilitating mechanical repairs on recreational boats. Specific areas of expertise should include re\-powers, analog and DTS systems, Mercury specific tools, service manuals and software, gas engines and diesel engines, inboard, outboard and stern\-drive engine applications. This position requires extensive experience and Mercury Certifications. In this role, you will be serving as a lead technician and responsible for mentoring and developing less experienced technicians on our team. This position is for full time employment.

5+ Years of Verifiable Experience
Mercury Certifications
Mercury G3 Software
Mercury Service Manuals and EPC
Mercury Troubleshooting & Repair Skills
Mercury DTS & Analog Systems
Mercury Outboard, Inboard & Stern\-drive Experience
Minimum of 3 References
Reliable TRansportation
