This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential at a Top 10 Marine Dealer in North America, representing leading boat manufacturers and supported by strong customer traffic and marketing. Compensation Base + Commission (Stable income with unlimited upside) Typical Earnings: $85,000–$250,000 annually Top Performers: $300,000+ possible for competitive, high-producing sales professionals High-volume dealership with strong brand presence and proven sales process. What You’ll Do • Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products • Follow a structured dealership sales process • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business • Deliver a premium buying experience from first contact to delivery • Maintain detailed product knowledge of our brands and competitors • Keep showroom and inventory clean, organized, and presentation-ready • Work boat shows and promotional events • Follow up with sold customers to drive long-term loyalty • Attend sales meetings and ongoing training This role requires flexibility—customer flow and peak season demands may extend hours.
