Nice To Haves

  • Previous commission-based sales experience (marine, automotive, RV, or powersports strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of boats, outboard motors, and marine equipment
  • Experience with CRM or dealership systems
  • LightSpeed or LightSpeed EVO experience is a plus
  • This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in marine sales, automotive sales, RV sales, powersports sales, or luxury/high-ticket commission sales.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used boats, outboard motors, and marine accessories
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge of boats, motors, and competing brands
  • Follow the dealership’s structured sales process
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom environment
  • Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale
  • Work boat shows, dealership events, and promotional activities
  • Attend sales meetings and collaborate with leadership
  • Maintain professional appearance and dealership standards
