What you will do We are looking for a Marine Robotics Engineering Lead with strong maritime robotics experience to design, develop, and deliver advanced Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs). This is a hands-on role for a versatile engineer who can oversee all aspects of vehicle engineering—mechanical, electrical, marine systems, power, propulsion, and naval architecture. You should have the expertise to lead across these areas and guide the integration of reliable marine robotic systems. You will manage a small in-house team, coordinate with external partners, and collaborate with senior leaders to invent and deliver robust subsea and surface robotic platforms for challenging environments.
