Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Marina Concierge ! In this role, you aren’t just behind a desk; you are the conductor of the ultimate "Lake Life" experience. Whether you are managing the Ship Store or greeting guests at the Marina Hut, you’ll ensure every visitor enjoys a world-class check-in and an unforgettable day on the water.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is required to provide our signature "pampered" guest experience.
• Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Food Handlers certificate.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong basic math/accounting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory software.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential.
• Must maintain a neat image, follow uniform standards, and bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude every day.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and navigate stairs as part of your daily routine.
• Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 15-20 pounds.
• Must be able to multi-task and remain productive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• A strong "Sense of TEAM" is required to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work area.

Responsibilities

• Greet, accommodate, and facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs with a high standard of efficiency.
• Maximize watercraft reservations and retail sales by offering exciting up-selling and cross-selling options.
• Master the daily opening and closing procedures for the Ship Store and Marina Hut according to SOPs.
• Provide detailed descriptions of services, clinic/camp schedules, and facility features.
• Keep the lobby, retail areas, candy store, and arcade organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Handle questions and concerns professionally, always anticipating guest needs before they even ask.
