Requirements

Strong passion for boating, water sports, and outdoor activities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of boating regulations and safety procedures
Ability to swim and perform basic water rescues if required
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in marina operations or hospitality industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with boat rentals, docking, and fueling
Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with boat inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and seaworthy vessels
Monitor the marina area for safety and security
Coordinate and schedule boat reservations
Offer guidance and instructions on boating regulations and safety procedures
