About The Position

The Erickson Senior Living Marketing & Communications internship role is designed to provide hands-on experience supporting the Marketing & Communications department across its core functions: strategy, communications, creative, and production. The intern will work collaboratively with team members to contribute to day-to-day projects and gain practical insights into marketing and communications operations. How you will make an impact: Assist with department-wide marketing and communications special projects, initiatives, and administrative needs. Support communications content development, including social media posts, press releases, internal communications, and reputation management review. Contribute to strategy execution, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and marketing performance analysis. Conduct research on marketing & communications, including competitors, markets, trends, and emerging best practices, etc. Provide creative and production support, including asset organization, coordination of TV/photo shoots, and campaign logistics. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate MarCom deliverables. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College-level coursework with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related expertise/fields.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
