Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Mid-level Manufacturing Technology Analyst - Supply Chain Integration to join the team located in Berkeley, MO. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Mid-Level (Level 3) Analysts. Position Responsibilities: Integrating the Manufacturing Engineering building plan, the Design Engineering release plan, the Supplier Management procurement plan, and with Operations to ensure overall programs/projects are executable. Develops, documents, and implements processes and tools in support of projects and programs. Applicants must also be willing to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary to support factory and operations activities. Develop and uniquely tailor procurement strategy by program/project - includes but not limited to: Advanced procurement of raw materials to support accelerated lead-times. Advanced procurement of structural parts without full engineering release. Coordinate with design and supplier management on panstock/fastener requirements and procurement. Collaborates with Supplier Management on placement of work (bid lists, cost, labor analysis). Setting an operating rhythm/organization for a program in terms of data management. Analyze and develop reports or Prepare reports to measure performance to plan. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. Security Clearances: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Requirements

  • Level 2 - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Level 3 - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 or more years' experience with general procurement policies.
  • Minimum 3 or more years' experience investigating and resolving manufacturing and procurement related issues
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
  • To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years' experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
  • 1 or more years' experience assisting with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
