The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. As a member of the operations Test Lab team, you will perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Requirements

  • Experience handling sensitive electronics
  • Experience using problem solving methodologies to establish root cause.
  • Flexibility and collaboration taking instruction from engineering and research associates.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience using instron, Keyence, electronic analyzing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and shut down production metrology equipment
  • Routinely monitor production equipment. Adjust equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
  • Trouble-shoot, repair and test production equipment.
  • Replace, request, and maintain new fixtures. Order new tools and replacement parts.
  • Assist equipment qualifications (IQs, OQs, PQs).
  • Program, test and troubleshoot electronics (e.g. PCBA)
  • Update equipment records in record keeping system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
