Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules / work products. Provides direct supervision to individual contributors and/or support individual contributors/matrix reports. Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems. People management responsibilities include hiring / terminations, performance reviews, career development coaching and compensation decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in material handling role.
- 1+ year experience in a cGMP environment
- 2+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS or 3+ years of experience completing transactions in other PTL/ERP/WMS system
- 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Class C license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of or experience in 5S/lean/six sigma environment
