About The Position

This is a confidential search on behalf of a defense sector client seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support advanced production operations. The role requires a proactive professional with strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, capable of performing systems integration and process operations in a fast -paced defense manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience.
• VantageClear credential, active Security Clearance, or a recognized equivalent compliance certification required.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and diagrams.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of defense sector work.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems integration equipment and process operations using technical expertise.
• Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams; notify appropriate personnel of required changes.
• Maintain and revise manufacturing work instructions in electronic instruction and reporting systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance functions on assigned manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Document processes clearly and consistently in compliance with client and industry standards.
