Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to work safely in a radioactive laboratory setting (extensive training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
  • General understanding of automated equipment operations and mechanical processes.
  • Basic computer literacy with experience in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree, technical certificate, or 1-2 years of vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated production or laboratory environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and testing radioactive sources used to calibrate Siemens PET scanners.
  • Operating and monitoring specialized production equipment to ensure precise manufacturing outcomes.
  • Following strict safety protocols for handling radioactive materials in compliance with Siemens Healthineers and federal guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of production activities in accordance with FDA, DOT, IATA, ISO, and FAA regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality control measures to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and safety teams, to maintain high production standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
