Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to work safely in a radioactive laboratory setting (extensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
- General understanding of automated equipment operations and mechanical processes.
- Basic computer literacy with experience in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or 1-2 years of vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience working in a regulated production or laboratory environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and testing radioactive sources used to calibrate Siemens PET scanners.
- Operating and monitoring specialized production equipment to ensure precise manufacturing outcomes.
- Following strict safety protocols for handling radioactive materials in compliance with Siemens Healthineers and federal guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of production activities in accordance with FDA, DOT, IATA, ISO, and FAA regulatory requirements.
- Participating in troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality control measures to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and safety teams, to maintain high production standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
