About The Position

THE ROLE: Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technician in this entry level role, you will be trained to support the cleaning, inspection, finishing, measurement, and assembly of high precision EUV components by following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities may include ultrasonic and manual cleaning, visual inspection, basic mechanical assembly, standing and finishing processes, and tracking work in manufacturing systems. This role may be performed in a cleanroom and controlled production environments and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and consistent execution. Manufacturing Technician I employees may be cross trained in multiple production areas, including EUV assembly and machining finishing operations, based on business needs and certification progression. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 3:00PM-11:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1+ years’ experience in manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)
  • Ability to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications
  • Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to understand documented processes and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) ideal

Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasonic cleaning, pre‑inspection, and manual cleaning of EUV pod bases and covers by following documented work instructions, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures to ensure product quality and readiness
  • Support EUV assembly operations by assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks, using fixtures and hand tools, and working alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills and process knowledge
  • Perform visual and cosmetic inspections using approved aesthetics standards, identify potential defects, and escalate concerns appropriately to support quality consistency and defect review processes
  • Support finishing and second‑operation activities as trained, which may include sanding, masking, bead blasting, and final washing of parts in accordance with approved procedures and certification level
  • Track work accurately using manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SAP, CamLine), including scanning serial numbers, completing checklists, documenting pass downs, and maintaining traceability throughout the production process
  • Complete packaging, bagging, and labeling activities by preparing materials, printing dome and RFID labels, performing door torque testing, and verifying documentation to ensure safe handling and shipment of finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area by following cleanroom protocols, applying 5S principles, and adhering to safety, recycling, and escalation guidelines
  • Participate in cross‑training across EUV assembly, machining‑finishing, and packaging operations to support workflow flexibility and business needs
  • Communicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor
