About The Position

FRX of Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Tech for our GP! Summary of the Role: Manufacturing Technicians work across multiple areas and are part of the team responsible for flower gramming, packaging of cannabis materials, order fulfillment for deliveries, and filling of 510 and AIO (all-in-one) carts. Manufacturing Technicians ensure all cannabis material is handled with care, processed efficiently, packaged accurately, and maintained in full compliance with state regulations and Company SOPs.

Requirements

  • Experience in any relevant trades, including horticulture, food handling, etc.
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in any relevant trades, including horticulture, food handling, etc.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to work within the OH MMCP
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Extended computer usage
  • Comfortable working in an environment with constant video surveillance
  • Ability to work around plants
  • Work can be dirty/sticky and may leave you smelling like cannabis at the end of the day.
  • Work will be in a warehouse setting: temperatures may vary from warm to cool.
  • Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.

Responsibilities

  • Flower Gramming
  • Measure and accurately record weights for all cannabis flower as it moves from post-harvest into gramming in preparation for final packaging
  • Ensure minimal product loss and maintain company yield standards during gramming activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records in accordance with state regulations and Company SOPs
  • Packaging and Labeling
  • Bottling, labeling, and other packaging operations while maintaining detailed inventory records
  • Label containers, container tags, and finished products using approved labels and tools
  • Inspect containers, materials, and finished products to ensure all packaging specifications are met
  • Ensure packaging remains compliant with state regulations and Company SOPs at all times
  • Fulfillment and Distribution Preparation
  • Prepare products for distribution to retail locations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Ensure products are staged, verified, and routed appropriately to support delivery schedules and compliance requirements
  • Communicate any product, labeling, packaging, or inventory discrepancies to the Processing Supervisor or Processing Manager
  • Filling Operations (510 and AIO Carts)
  • Filling of 510 cartridges and AIO (all-in-one) carts in accordance with Company SOPs
  • Label and inspect filled units to ensure all specifications and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production records for all filling activities
  • Housekeeping
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Other Duties
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient, compliant, and patient-focused operations
