About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Engineering with prototype product (and/or production equipment or process) development, and/or assembly & testing.
Assist Engineering by processing Task Requests (ETR's) as needed for Product Development work.
Responsible for machine refurbishment & testing in support of manufacturing.
Ability to safely work with chemicals using prescribed PPE
Develop and maintain records and data of engineering studies, test, and drawings, including performing, computation, plot data and preparing graphs.
Note deviations in performance not anticipated or indicated in the test procedures.
Assist with writing procedures & work instructions for machines and/or processes.
Assist with the development of process control plan, PFMEA, flow charts, etc.
Assist with training production employees on new machines and/or processes as needed.
Comply with quality systems procedures & documentation as required.
Performing product, manufacturing or applications and engineering support activities as directed.
Conducts tests involving electrical or electro-mechanical parts on assigned projects for prototypes, competitor products.
And other duties as assigned.
