Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases
- Familiarity with troubleshooting or networking computer components and handling
- Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period
- Ability to work on ladders or stools
Responsibilities
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- Performs the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- Follows test process instructions (TPI).
- Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating
- Any other tasks assigned
