Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on existing experience, we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the following skills and thrive in your role: Electronics assembly – Learn to solder, wire, and assemble PCBAs (printed circuit board assemblies), harnesses, and subassemblies Reading schematics & diagrams – Build confidence in following electrical drawings, assembly instructions, and work instructions with diligence and accuracy Use of tools & equipment – Get hands-on with soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other essential hand tools Testing and inspection – Perform functional checks and basic troubleshooting of electronic modules Component handling – Understand and apply Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) precautions when working with sensitive electronic components and sensors Mechanical assembly – Fit analyzers into housings, mount components, and work with fasteners and fixtures Workplace standards – Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies
