About The Position

NEOTISS is a global leader in high-performance welded and low-finned tubes, serving industries such as aerospace, nuclear power, and hydrocarbon processing. With facilities in the USA, France, China, and India, the company is committed to professionalism, dependability, and innovation. The company is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Line Operator to join their team for the night shift. This role involves performing complex machine set-up and operations while ensuring quality production in a fast-paced environment. Initial training for this position will be conducted on the day shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Above-average mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret precision instruments.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with exposure to lubricants, coolants, and other chemicals.
• Quality-minded, detail-aware, and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to complete training on day shift prior to transitioning to the assigned shift.
• Openness to learn and train on multiple production lines to support operational flexibility.
• Flexibility to work in other departments or on alternate shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and operating complex manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate complex production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
