We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician I to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets. SUMMARY: Process development technician involves setting up automated and manual applications, evaluating historical manufacturing methods and improving existing and future methods. Applications include but may not be limited to wire winding, surface grinding, laser cutting, laser welding, and deburring. Working under little to no supervision and following detailed verbal, written, and hands-on instructions in manufacturing multiple and complex medical devices. Programming, setting up, and running mechanical systems with complex features and ramping up manufacturing activities which involves transitioning from product development phase to high volume production operations to meet project timetables, productivity and quality goals.
